Who is ISAX ?
ISAX (Ireland Smart Ageing Exchange) is an independent network of businesses, academic institutions and government agencies collaborating to develop and bring to market new products and services targeted at the Global Smart Ageing Economy.
ISAX is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing/digital content/communications team. Our marketing department is in early stage development and has a number of key projects for major organisations in Ireland, and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of print, online and marketing communications campaigns.
This intern should be energetic, prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.
Responsibilities
- Research literature and identify companies nationally and globally currently in the Smart Ageing Space and identify those to whom it may be of interest in the future
- Develop, build and maintain a database of all research completed, underway or planned on the smart ageing economy with web-links to other key resources
- Ensure ISAX receives regular information from members and other relevant organisations on the smart ageing economy
- Keep abreast of relevant developments, monitoring websites and other communications media of relevant organisations
- Manage website content, keeping it fully updated on a regular basis
- Review new and relevant publications and research findings identify key messages to share with members
- Produce a monthly ezine updating members and participants on key developments
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
- Prepare profiles for target member companies
- Provide support to social media efforts
Requirements
ISAX is looking for a graduate who will be based in Limerick with qualifications in Business/ Data Analysis/Sociology. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of data analysis and data synthesis analytics. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is essential, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
